Magnolia Creations, LLC provides tailored support for nonprofit organizations' meetings and events. Our services include Board of Directors meetings, annual conferences, training sessions, and galas. We help clients who seek unique experiences, comprehensive planning services (including venue selection, vendor and budget management, risk assessment, event success, and ROI), and a streamlined approach to ensure their event aligns with their vision.

Meet the Owner

Hi! I'm Linette and I have been an experienced Meeting and Event Planner for the last 29 years.  How did I get here?

 

My love of travel led me to pursue a degree in Travel Hospitality Management, I flew the friendly skies as a flight attendant, dabbled in data analysis, but found my true passion in meeting and event planning. I went on to earn my Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) accreditation, Digital Event Strategist (DES) certification, and have a host of other certificates in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) space.

​​I started Magnolia Creations, LLC because I wanted to work on projects that light me up inside, choose clients that allow me to design unique and unforgettable experiences, and satisfying my Type A personality's need for ambitious pursuits.

I lost my mother at an early age, and she was considered a remarkable woman by all who knew her, akin to Magnolia Creations, LLC. and there was no better way to honor my mother than to name my company after her.

 

When I'm not planning, I enjoy reading, spending time with family & friends, and giving belly rubs to Richard (my family's miniature Schnauzer)
